Dow Jones Rolls Out Customer-Driven Factivia Upgrade

Dow Jones co-founded Factiva in 1999, but bought out co-founder Reuters seven years later

Newswire Dow Jones has made a number of changes to streamline the search functionality and newsletter capabilities of its Factiva business information and research tool, based on customer feedback over the past year.

The enchantments include increasing the number of saved searches a user can conduct from 25 to 100, increasing the number of media analytic charts a user can create, the ability to download PDF and RTF versions of newsletters, and enabling users to change the languages in a results set without modifying the search.
