Startup Real Estate Exchange IPSX Taps GoldenSource as Data Platform
GoldenSource will supply IPSX with cloud enterprise data management solution to manage market and reference data and reporting.
IPSX─which aims to become the first regulated stock exchange to focus solely on the listing and trading of commercial real estate assets through special-purpose vehicles comprising single buildings or portfolios of real-estate assets, and through the creation of exchange-traded property securities─will use Goldensource's cloud-based enterprise data management platform to store all IPSX's various datasets, including property securities and member firm information, market data, and workflow
