Between them, Crosby and McKibbin have more than 30 years of industry experience at exchanges, data and trading technology companies.
Crosby, who was previously a senior market data compliance and governance analyst at UK-based data consultancy 3D Innovations, working largely on-site at bank client firms, will be responsible for tailoring the vendor’s products—such as its PEAR (Policies, Explanations And Reporting) repository and ADS (Axon Declaration Service) outsourced reporting service—to meet end-user workflows. Before joining 3DI in 2013, Crosby spent 10 years at the London Stock Exchange
