LSEG files second motion to dismiss lawsuit with MayStreet co-founder
Exchange group has denied abandoning the MayStreet business in a new filing, responding to allegations put forward by former MayStreet CEO Patrick Flannery.
London Stock Exchange Group has filed a second motion to dismiss the lawsuit filed by MayStreet co-founder and former CEO Patrick Flannery. The document, which was made public on December 24, comes in the wake of the amended complaint filed by Flannery’s counsel in October.
The lawsuit, originally filed last May in Delaware’s Court of Chancery, accuses LSEG of breach of contract and fraud related to the 2022 deal for the data provider and the subsequent integration process. The exchange operator
