New York-based systems monitoring and remote management provider West Highland Support Services has begun offering clients a new “Platinum” service offering, which combines its market data infrastructure monitoring with API development and support services from sibling company RT Solutions Group, to provide clients with more flexible and efficient access to specific services and support.
