With Redkite Acquisition, NICE Gains Real-Time Surveillance Capabilities
NICE will integrate Redkite's software and personnel into its existing company structure under the terms of the acquisition, which allows the company access to Redkite's order management system (OMS) integration technology as well as its cloud-based delivery system.
"We're in the same space, we've known these guys for a couple of years," says Amir Orad, CEO at NICE Actimize. "We weren't competitors, we were focusing on different areas, and what began as friendly meetings in corridors evolved
