IDC Cranks Watts to Give Desktops Extra Volume in Europe
Interactive Data has appointed David Watts general manager of desktops for EMEA, a new role created in response to an increased focus on desktops at the vendor, with responsibility for managing business and product development for the vendor's eSignal and FutureSource retail and institutional desktop solutions, and for identifying opportunities to further expand European takeup of the products.
Watts joins IDC from Thomson Reuters, which he joined in 1992 as customer support and training manager
