Aria uses algorithms to perform Big Data analysis on large datasets of market data, economic data, and unstructured data to produce two types of predictive indicators for an instrument's performance-expected returns on an hourly, daily, weekly and quarterly basis; and portfolio weights.
When Arialytics launched in 2013, the vendor planned to sell the platform to trading firms and institutional investors to enable them to generate indicators to inform their own investment and trading decisions
