CoreOne Creates RegOne Analytics, Reporting Division with TAG, TTA Acquisitions
The deal was closed earlier this month, and will see CoreOne combine the TAG business with the Thomson Transaction Analytics business that it acquired from Thomson Reuters in 2013 to deliver a technology infrastructure comprising a time-series database that can analyze millions of transactions in seconds, execution reports for all segments of capital markets, a reporting portal and workflow tools, along with a decade of transaction records from more than 350 brokers, as well as all US exchanges
