Acquisition will accelerate First Derivatives' HTML5 and mobile capabilities
Before the acquisition, ActivateClients focused on delivering applications and trading systems to financial firms across the broking, institutional foreign exchange and fixed income markets to increase customer engagement for its clients leveraging agile software development methods and HTML5. First Derivatives now intends to accelerate its own product development roadmap through wider use of HTML5.
