CSC Buys Fixnetix for Front-Office Data, Trading Infrastructure Play
The deal gives CSC a presence in "as-a-service" provision of data, trading and connectivity.
The acquisition will allow CSC to offer its clients a broader range of "as-a-service" front-office capabilities and address client demand for greater efficiency and innovation in trading, market data, hosting, infrastructure, connectivity and risk management.
The deal is expected to close before the end of September.
