Quandl Adds Barchart Indexes, Futures Data
Officials say the deal will give Quandl users access to institutional-quality data in any format, via a simple API.
Quandl will provide access to daily and historical index data from S&P Dow Jones Indices, the Chicago Board Options Exchange, FTSE Russell, Nasdaq and NYSE, along with futures data from ICE Futures Europe, Eurex and Euronext.
"[Barchart's] presence on Quandl enhances our platform by giving the entire Quandl user base access to Barchart's suite of institutional-quality price data," says Quandl chief executive Tammer Kamel.
