Amsterdam-based Euronext is seeking to step up to London and Frankfurt.

Last year, I spoke to some of the largest European exchanges to find out what they had up their sleeves business- and tech-wise for the coming year, and my conversation with the Amsterdam-based group orbited around its newly minted strategy following the initial public offering that moved it from the ownership of Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) to independence.
