FIX Bows V3 of MMT Trade Reporting Tags
FIX Trading Community, the governing body of the FIX Protocol, will publish full documentation for version 3.0 of its MMT standard later this year.
The FIX MMT has been designed for optimized implementation in datafeeds and display services, and is intended to provide market participants with a uniform and normalized view of trading activity, officials say.
FIX has developed version 3.0 of the MMT to support the current draft MiFID 2 level 2 text, and will finalize and publish the full set of MMT documentation during the third quarter of this year, though the standard has not yet been publically endorsed by European regulator the European
