OptionMetrics Adds Staff to Support Growth
Kim and Villanueva are two of a number of new hires appointed to support the company's growth after experiencing three quarters of record revenue.
Recent new hires include Samuel Kim as account executive and Xavier Villanueva as systems engineer.
Kim was previously a client service associate at index provider Russell Investments, prior to which he was operations/project lead at Bloomberg, providing user support for the vendor's data and analytics products.
Villanueva was previously a build/release engineer at Barclays, prior to which he was a senior manager for configuration management for treasury and capital markets at Misys Banking Systems, and a senior manager for software distribution at Summit Systems.
Both report to vice president of operations Robert Siverson, who joined OptionMetrics last year to oversee deployment of systems and software resources, product development and quality assurance.
