Visible Alpha Acquires ONEaccess
ONEaccess’ sell-side tools will be integrated into Visible Alpha's platform to improve workflow for discovering, tracking and valuing all sell-side interactions.
ONEaccess was officially launched in 2014 and provides solutions for the distribution, control, and reporting of broker content.
According to a press release, with this collaboration, buy-side clients will be able to discover corporate access events, track consumption of research and carry out quantitative broker evaluation.
Mike Stepanovich, CEO of ONEaccess, said in a statement that the acquisition would have the ability to optimize the investment management workflow.
