FactSet Acquires Interactive Data Managed Solutions Business
The deal will help FactSet bolster its global wealth management offering, while ICE deemed the Managed Solutions business non-core to its overall data plans.

Interactive Data Managed Solutions (IDMS), which has more than 300 employees across 14 offices in Europe and the United States, offers real-time market data desktops, customizable web portals and mobile solutions.
