Bloomberg expands GenAI summary options on Terminal
The additions include an expansion of its AI-powered news summaries, as well as a new AI summary tool for company-related news content.
Bloomberg has built out its news summary capabilities on the Terminal using generative AI to identify key information from large numbers of headlines.
Building off the release of the Document Search tool released earlier this year, AI Summary is an add-on to the Terminal’s existing Company News (CN ) solution that shows a concise summary of the most relevant news for each company searchable on the Terminal, displayed in bullet points.
