“Talent is evenly distributed. Opportunity is not.” Maxims become maxims because they’re true, and generally, pretty hard to refute. But the promise of artificial intelligence is to negate that saying. It is a democratizer, a great equalizer, the key to domains for which you previously had neither the time nor money nor interest nor schooling—provided you embrace it.
This was the takeaway from a panel on AI and talent at our Technology and Data in Financial Markets conference, held in Manhattan
