Cleartrade Eyes Expansion of Contracts, Members, Data with New Funding


Singapore-based commodity futures market Cleartrade Exchange is planning to expand the contracts traded on its electronic marketplace, and to increase the information products it distributes via its datafeed and pricing displays, once it closes a share offer designed to raise $15 million in new investment.

Potential investors will have until mid-March to express interest in subscribing to the share offer, before the company -- which is currently valued at around $45 million -- issues $15 million
