NEW YORK--Rick Snape has been named chief operating officer of Bridge's Telerate, reporting to president John Jessop. With this move, Snape's career has come full circle as he finds himself at the same company he worked for over 10 years ago. Jessop originally hired Snape to work at Telerate in 1982.

Similarly, Telerate seems to be coming full circle as the old management team appears to be re-assembling.
