As Dow Jones & Co. released a quarterly earnings statement earlier this month -- one that showed slower Dow Jones Telerate growth rates than in recent quarters -- news also emerged that Telerate's second-highest executive Bill Clabby had yielded his place in the pecking order to Julian Childs.
