Bulletin Board For Pink Sheets Gets Sec Approval

The Securities and Exchange Commission has finally approved the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board Service for so-called Pink Sheet stocks proposed by the National Association of Securities Dealers nearly two years ago.
The service will be offered on a pilot basis for one year. During that time, the NASD is not allowed to disseminate Pink Sheet information to market data vendors, under terms of an agreement with Pink Sheets publisher National Quotation Bureau Inc. (NQB), based in Jersey City, N.J
