Baltimore Group Takes Position In Johnson Electronics, But No Takeover Plan Is Forseen

A Baltimore investment partnership has purchased a 5.1 per cent stake in Johnson Electronics, Inc., the data receiver manufacturer based in Winter Park, FL. While Johnson is considered vulnerable to a takeover attempt, these purchases apparently do not foreshadow one. Johnson makes FM receivers which decode quote streams for ADP Financial Information Services, Bonneville Data Systems, and Commodity Quotations
