Primark reported second quarter revenues of $122.2 million, a 12 percent increase over the same period in 1998, excluding the effects of a restructuring charge. The company reported income from continuing operations of $4.2 million, much improved from 1998's quarter loss of $48 million. Excluding 1998's restructuring charge in the second quarter, however, income was $6.7 million.
