Bridge’s Commission Plan Changed; UKI Sales Reshuffled

LONDON-- Bridge has implemented a new commission plan in its European headquarters, which its says is putting increased focus on growth in 2000 rather than the previous year’s emphasis on customer conversions. At the same time, there has been a reshuffle of its UK and Ireland sales team, with a shift in responsibility of the sales heads.
The new commission plan, announced last Tuesday, means that sales people will now be paid on a gross and net basis, compared to being paid on a net basis
