There must have been heavy sighs of relief over at Primark when the company finally got its new Eurotopic service out the door.

Primark's attempts to bring a next-generation product to market have been dogged by distractions, to put it mildly. Eurotopic's emergence underscores the importance of complete control in the product development process.
