Kann Outlines Lessons Learned At Dow Jones AGM

NEW YORK--Dow Jones & Co. held a somewhat somber annual shareholders' meeting last week in which chairman and CEO Peter Kann outlined the lessons he had learned from the Dow Jones Markets experience. Questions, however, seemed to focus on the huge loss of shareholders' money in 1997, and the issue of union representation of Dow Jones staffers seconded to Dow Jones Markets.
