KTS Growth Prompts New Service Team

ORGANIZATION & STRATEGY

London-based market data software vendor Knowledge Technology Solutions has reorganized its departmental structure to create a new customer service team in addition to its two sales and technology departments.

Chief executive Marc Pinter-Krainer says that although the team only comprises three people, it reflects the need for dedicated staff to provide aftersales support and service to customers, following revenue growth from increased customer sales of 140 percent for the last financial year
