LSE Denies Crisis at Proquote


The London Stock Exchange is attempting to quell rumors of a crisis at its data vendor subsidiary Proquote, following the departure of staff and suggestions that Proquote may not meet revenue targets for next year.

The exchange confirms that it has sent a letter to Proquote clients reassuring them that the vendor would be pursuing business as usual following the departure of Proquote founder and managing director Daron Lee, who resigned three weeks ago. Lee told Inside Market Data last week that
