MarketXS, a Dutch provider of real-time market data and software, has appointed Jan De Roeck as its new chief executive officer, effective Dec. 1.

De Roeck was previously at ABN Amro, where he was executive director, global head of the wholesale clients Finance to Finance team. There, he led a number of corporate finance transactions in the market data industry.
