Three companies reported mixed fourth- quarter results last week.
Fourth-quarter 2003 revenues for Dow Jones Newswires, which is part of Dow Jones & Co.’s Electronic Publishing Group, fell approximately two percent from $54.2 million in the fourth quarter of 2002 to $52.9 million this quarter. Terminal counts were also down, by about two percent from the comparable quarter in 2002. But they were up about one percent when compared with the third quarter of 2003.
