Bridge Information Systems Inc. has reshuffled its deck, bringing in a new head of sales for North America and waving goodbye to its executive vice president in charge of technology. Among other things, the reorganization has resulted in the appointment of Bill Holmberg as Bridge's senior vice president of North American sales and the migration of Rick Snape -- the vendor's former executive vice president of sales and service who is now executive vice president of global operations and client
