Xcitek Sale Rumors Intensify


Corporate actions data and software vendor Xcitek is remaining tight-lipped over claims by several industry sources that it is seeking to sell off all or part of its business.

Sources tell Inside Market Data that Xcitek has been looking for interested parties for some time, and it has appointed a major European investment bank to advise it and negotiate with potential bidders.
