ClearSight Rethinks Cronos Latency Product
Bill Berkman, chief operating officer of ClearSight Networks says that the vendor's Cronos 1.0 product for monitoring latency and message loss, which was launched early this year (IMD, Jan. 12), had gained significant interest from more than a dozen potential customers-including buy-side and sell-side firms trading equities and commodities. However, he says that "almost universally," those firms either did not have the budget available to roll out the product into live production, or delayed
