has left his role as managing director of IT at Barclays Capital to join the Securities Technology Analysis Center as managing consultant, responsible for heading the company's new test lab in New York, which will perform system evaluations for clients who may not have the expertise or the data center capacity for optimizing and evaluating new technologies.
