Thomson Reuters to Consolidate Networks
Peter Moss, head of the Content, Technology & Operations group at Thomson Reuters, says the aim is to eliminate duplication, and-by reducing the number of products that the vendor needs to support-reduce the cost of ownership for clients.
Currently, the vendor supports IDN, which supplies the Reuters DataFeed (RDF) and the majority of Reuters products; the Bridge Distribution Network from the former Bridge Information Systems (also known as Reuters Distribution Network); the legacy network
