Thomson Sues Quodd over ‘Mimic' Display

The lawsuit, an amended version of which was filed in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey last week, seeks to bar Quodd from further accessing the product, as well as compensatory and punitive damages for revenues lost by Thomson Reuters as a result, legal fees, and "restitution and disgorgement of all ill-gotten gains and enrichment unjustly obtained."
