VWD Appeals EC Thomson Reuters Approval

VWD claims the case highlights an incorrect assessment of the merger's impact on competition in the market data industry, which VWD chief executive Edmund Keferstein says has already seen Thomson Reuters wield new power over customers and competitors via its latest pricing policy for 2009 (IMD, Nov. 24).
