Interfax, Finmarket Integrate Terminals
The deal is expected to close during Q2, and will see the two integrate their real-time data terminals—Interfax's Efir terminal and Finmarket RealTime.
Interfax plans to create a single solution leveraging Interfax's premium products and Finmarket's exclusive OTC market data to target Russian equity and foreign exchange market professionals, says Eugene Kasevin, manager of Interfax Europe in London.
For now, Interfax will continue to support both existing solutions, Kasevin says.
