Wall Street Source Sues Thomson Reuters

According to the lawsuit, which was filed by WSS' lawyers in the superior court of Massachusetts on Friday, May 9, and is seeking unspecified damages, Thomson expressed interest in WSS's products in 2000, and took a five percent stake in the company the following year. In return for its $2 million investment, Thomson was given a seat on WSS' board, and was allowed to attend and advise on management meetings.

As part of its investment, Thomson required all WSS employees to sign confidentiality
