NEW YORK--The New York Stock Exchange last week launched NYSE Openbook, a datafeed that displays limit order volume information for all bids and offers on all NYSE-traded issues. The service is one of a number of new market data products that the exchange plans to launch this year.
The feed, which was in development for more than a year, displays aggregated limit order volume at each price point and allows users to see limit orders outside the displayed quote.
