Jim Tousignant will join Morgan Stanley Dean Witter as executive vice president for business development and e-commerce for the firm’s private client and asset management businesses. As reported last week in Inside Market Data, Tousignant will be leaving his position as president of Multex.com, where he has worked since 1993, first as vice president for sales and marketing and then as executive vice president in 1998 and then as president.
