Deutsche Börse Doubles Information Earnings

Deutsche Börse has succeeded in doubling the earnings generated by its Information Products division in 2002, the exchange told Inside Market Data last week.

The news comes ahead of the release of Deutsche Börse’s Annual Report 2002 and press conference this Thursday (March 27).

Werner Seifert, CEO of the stock and futures exchange, said last year that his goal was to double the unit’s earnings.

Last month, the Information Products division, headed by executive board member Christoph Lammersdorf
