Arora and Management Buy MMS International

ORGANIZATION AND STRATEGY

Standard &Poor’s announced last week that it has sold MMS International, the fixed income and FX commentary provider, to a newly formed company led by Mike Arora, as reported in Inside Market Data last month.

The new company, called MMS Group, was formed by a combination of institutional funds advised by Alchemy Partners, the Halifax Bank of Scotland and senior MMS managers. Arora has been appointed president and CEO of the MMS Group. He previously worked at Dow Jones Newswires as business and
