Thomson Centralizes Quality Assurance

ORGANIZATION AND STRATEGY

Thomson Financial has created a centralized Quality Assurance (QA) team that will work across the company, according to an internal memo obtained by Inside Market Data.

The group will take responsibility for QA for Thomson's web-based products and their supporting systems, according to the Nov. 19 memo, which was written by CTO Jeff Scott. TF Quality Assurance will first focus on the web-based products in the Investment Banking, Investment Management and Corporate strategic customer units (SCUs)
