IDC Continues Exec Changes
Interactive Data has appointed Jay Nadler as chief operating officer and Vincent Chippari as chief financial officer. Nadler was previously president of tax compliance software vendor MLM Information Services, which is owned by new Interactive Data chief executive, president and chairman Mason Slaine and Interactive Data's co-owner, private equity firm Warburg Pincus, while Chippari was previously CFO of FleetMatics and NameMedia, and also served as CFO of Warburg Pincus-backed Information
