NYSE has waited two years to get the go-ahead in its stocking, after initially receiving approval in late 2006, only to have the SEC stay the fees after ardent objections from Web interest group NetCoalition, which represents companies including Bloomberg, as well as Google and Yahoo, both of which previously used NYSE Arca data to provide real-time data to their Web sites.
