EC Case: End-of-Year Decision Touted by Backers

BRUSSELS - The complaint side of the European Commission (EC) proceedings against Standard & Poor's (S&P) for the fees being charged by S&P for databasing International Security Identification Numbers (ISINs) based on Cusip numbers, suggests there may be a decision from the Commission this year, Inside Reference Data has learned.
