Growing Concerns over Inconsistent Standards Implementation
Washington DC - User firms are voicing concerns over some vendors' standards implementation, including the coverage of market identification codes (MIC) and problems with the classification of financial instruments, (CFI) officials tell Inside Reference Data.
Industry association EDM Council, pushed by its members concerned with this challenge, will hold a conference call in January 2009 to discuss to what extent there is sufficient interest to investigate further into this issue.
